Europa and Coorie Doon departed Poulsbo yesterday, headed for the City of Bainbridge Island. A fairly short hop but a bit bumpy.
We went north through Agate Pass, a first for us...we think. Well, I think it was the first time. The captain swears we've cruised under that bridge before. Whatever...is was a beautiful morning.
After being up most of the night with this damn cold, I tried to nap and was rudely awakened when a helicopter flew over and we both thought something happened to our engine. Until we spotted the helicopter.
We found plenty of room on the city park dock. After dinner at the pub, we returned to find just a couple of boats left in addition to our two. Oh the joys of off- season boating!
We rose this morning to the sun coming up over the ferry terminal.
